rules:

1) get your victims attention by calling their name

2) once eye contact is made, whip out your blowgun and fire!

3) if they fail to protect themselves (ie hand over their neck) they are at your mercy and may not move or speak until the "dart" is removed

This turned out a little weird...I set the material on the teapot to move, but didn't intend it to be so quick. Other than that the flyaround was easy; I just created a circle and constrained a target camera to it while keeping the target on the teapot.
